State 4-H Photography Contest Winners

North Carolina 4-H recently held their tenth annual photography contest. Youth ages 9 - 18 may submit entries in the 4-H in Action and Nature's Beauty, as well as a third category that changes every year. Photos may be in color or black and white and are usually submitted in May for judging.
