Take care of (your) business with the Small Business Resource Center

Have an idea that you think could be a business, but you don’t know how to begin? Do you have a small business that needs an influx of capital to take you to the next step? Want to learn from experts on how to make your mark in the business community? The Small Business Resources Center at the Forsyth County Central Library is the place for you.

Small Business Collection

Located on the third floor of the Central Library, the Small Business Resource Center has a curated collection of books about starting and operating a small business. They’re just behind and to the right of the Information Services desk. Look for the books with the green dot.

The Library’s partnership with Forsyth Technical Community College’s Small Business Center offers a variety of classes to benefit aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners who want to learn from experts. And as with all Forsyth County Public Library programs, these classes are free and open to the public.

The Small Business Solutions begins in late February at the Central Library Auditorium. You can take any or all of the classes, and there's no advance registration.
